FSD and NOA missing after linking new iPhone as phone key

I upgraded to an iPhone 15 Pro Max from an iPhone 14, linked it as a phone key, and now both Autopilot and FSD 11.4.7 are missing from my car.

It’s getting pushed 2023.26.9 in the pending software updates, and I’ve tried rebooting my Model X 4 times.

Is there a way to remove the pending update? I don’t understand at all why this happened

UPDATE: I don’t know what glitched the car out from simply adding and removing a phone key, but doing a software reinstall from the service menu brought everything back, and removed the partially downloaded mainstream branch update
