FSD chip and VIN number

Is there a way to check if my model 3 has the new FSD chip or the old Nvidia chip?
If I have the Nvidia chip, will I be able to upgrade at some point?

If you purchased FSD, you will get the new Tesla FSD chip retrofitted.
