Seems like a solution in search of a problem, since no one should ever know you're testing FSDb (b). It should be essentially indistinguishable from you driving, from outside the vehicle.

The car should DEFINITELY not behave erratically. That would be bad, and inconsiderate to other road users.

Always be disengaging.

You would not expect a human driver to slam on the brakes on the highway with no hazard in front (depending on the Tesla and your vehicle - esp if you are a one of the many semi/truck drivers, you may see in front of the Tesla).

Just did a drive on I-15 between LA and Vegas. Probably 10 phantom stops. Hard to believe that Tesla has not fixed the phantom braking on this very popular route.

Always be disengaging or overriding. With 0.3 second reaction time, these stops are typically low g and easily mitigated.

They are terrible and should not happen but all the people outside will see is a brief brake light flash with no substantial impact on your speed.

Indistinguishable from human drivers - especially Teslas which often do flash brake lights due to poor accelerator speed pedal control.
