Yes, Tesla replace my glass roof as well as my windshield. Not sure why they replaced my windshield as well. My guess is they damaged it while replacing the roof. It all works out for me because I had micro rock chips on my windshield!Did you get any resolution?

Seems like a common problem. For at least Costa Mesa SC. When I explained the problem to SC, the guy knew exactly where the seal gap issue was.Tesla sent me a message not to come in for my scheduled appointment, they are waiting for parts to arrive to correct this problem. They have never seen my car so they seemed to be aware of this issue and have some part on order to correct, are they shooting in the dark or is the more common than we know?
