Geotab HRN-CT20T1 question

I am thinking about purchasing one of these Geotab wire harness that gives the Model 3 an OBD2 port. Others have as well but from the posts I have read they are mainly collecting data with it. My question is if I get a Geotab harness can I simply plug in a bluetooth OBD2 reader and use an app like Torque pro to have live car data?

That harness allows you to read can bus data with an app like Scan My Tesla. The app then translates the data to specific parameters. Torque works by sending specific bus data requests via PIDs. So you will need to create a custom PID for whichever parameters you want to display. The PIDs do not correspond directly with the CAN ids, you must do the translation. EVTV provides a custom PID list for Torque with their Model 3 adapter. I don't know if this will work with that harness. Maybe.
