Getting winter ready

Took inspiration from others with 18" Bola but took the easy option ;-)
One-stop-shop Skidz at Falkirk - fantastic price and amazing level of customer service from Craig and Sam
Original wheels even shrink wrapped for putting away (will be opening them the clean obvs)

Anyone up here would be crazy to go elsewhere.

PS they even sourced TPMS sensors Tesla as they've had trouble with coding others.

Isn't it a bit early to be thinking of Winter? I think last year I changed our shoes early/mid November and back again mid April.

I've used Skidz before with a previous car and can also vouch for them.

Agree but potholes are appearing nice and early with all the rain we had recently - that forced my hand in going early

Cheers for the suggestion. Now to see if they can get a set of EV01+'s for me. Would really like to go to them in 19" for the summer and use the stock 18's with winter rubber.

Night and day - immediate difference spotted when hitting cats eyes on motorway
Dared to take the back road home for the first time too.

A new set of freshly balanced tyres is always a delight in my opinion! I've just been swapping on the same rims for winter/summer (not going for the winters yet though) and one advantage is that when they are swapped they get rebalanced so you regain that "new tyres" smoothness.

Craig even stopped me in the forecourt as he spotted a hand print on the back of the car and he cleaned it off.

It great to deal with a privately owned business that relies on repeat business - without doubt I will be back and have no qualms about recommending them.
