I don't know what we can really say until they release one of the products on the new platform (e.g. not just the new Bolt or new Bolt crossover, which still use the old battery).

Then we'll be able to compare what they actually release, in terms of cost, battery size, performance, software, etc. to the Model Y or Cybertruck or whatever Tesla has released by that time.

But for now, it's just vaporware. Maybe they should call it a "shot across the bow of Lucid" instead.
