Going in to SC for my first warranty service

I received a msg stating I should scan the QR code at the entrance for Uber credits. It also states that I should "park [your] vehicle with the key locked inside and [you] can go about your day.

1) Since all I have is either my phone app or the keycard, are they saying to leave the key card inside the vehicle? I don't have the Tesla key fob.

2) Is this meant to be a completely contactless service appt? I had entered some details about my complaints into the service requested part of the app on my phone.
