Is there a way to turn off the cameras when running off their own Blackvue battery? For example if I park in my own garage or driveway overnight it may near drain the battery but I don't really need the cameras on at those times. Then my commute to work might be too short to get a full charge before I would want parking mode active in the parking lot. Can I set it up to have the cameras turned off when at home?

You should be able to be connected to WiFi at home and shut them off through the app I believe. I am not sure how else you could do it from a time or location based setting

What about adding a simple single channel RF based remote relay/on/off switch? One button remote you leave in the car, and press when you get home or start from home. It turns the camera on or off. You can find them on Amazon for less than $18.00
