Not for nothing, but if you have an unrestricted CCW permit why not just carry the pistol on you? There are plenty of quality “tuckable” inside the waistband holsters, or ankle holsters.

super quality product and great customer service as well. Pricey though.
Unfortunately, there are times when it's inappropriate or illegal to carry. A secure storage is always a good idea, and required by law in some jurisdictions.

Wow... how dangerous is it in the US that you need a gun everywhere you go?
You haven't read about people being pulled out of cars and beat up by BLM?

Agree, a weapon in a car equal a whole lot of potential liabilities, but is rarely useful. Most shootings are over within seconds, unlikely enough time for one to reach in, unlock the box, get it loaded....etc.

Legal in most states to carry a loaded firearm in a locked case.

To those of you bashing gun ownership and the potential for accidents I suppose you are not actually car owners because cars are a potentially dangerous tool too.

The person asking here for a safe lock box solution is not the person who ends up a statistic. They are not the thug on the street with an illegal gun and they aren't grossly irresponsible leaving a legal gun where it falls into the wrong hands. The point of the thread is about finding a product to maintain responsibility and increase security.

Gun accidents happen due to ignorance, we teach everyone not to play with power saws, stick objects in electrical receptacle, don't play with matches, don't play with kitchen knives, but then let mystery hang over guns and curious or ignorant people/kids mishandle them. Education is the answer not confiscation.

But that's why we buy Tesla's :) The statistics say we are safer in a Tesla.
The statistics say, you, as well as the whole family, are better off with no gun around.
