Hansshow switchback problems new install

Greetings!

I purchases a switchback last month via Amazon and installed it this week. I really like the appearance and would like to make this work for me.

My vehicle is a 2022 Model Y Long Range with Intel processor and FSD beta active
Tesla software version 2022.20.19

I am having the following problems now:

Audio cutting in and out
Autopilot not available, FSD not available
cameras not working
lane keep assist not working

I suspect the device needs a firmware upgrade but I don't understand the instructions at Upgrade Step.pdf

Once I download the file to the USB what do I do with the file?

Is there a program that I need to install the download to the switchback?

What is the current download version? And how do I determine what version my switchback is on?

I have emailed Hansshow but have not heard back yet as it is the weekend.

I think the switchback comes with a USBC Adapter to USBA.

Using that guide format the USB stick you plan to use , put firmware onto USB and plug into adapter.

There should be a USBC port on the side of the unit.
