Has anyone had issues post sale with trade-in or paperwork?

Virtually impossible to get a response from my local sales/delivery team. Has anyone had to contact corporate for inquiries related to tag/title transfers or trade-ins? Just curious of the most efficient route for support.

i had to contract corporate just to get the delivery team to call or email me. So there's that. Call corporate if it makes you feel better.

We contacted out delivery specialist a few days later to get them to not request a tag and just send info the DMV since we were switching tags. No issues, went quickly.
Remember, your delivery specialist is REALLY busy sending cars out right now.

Thanks for the replies. I think the recent layoffs must have hit the delivery team the hardest.
