Help. Issues galore and service wont help.

thanks for the advice, everyone. it turned out to be a bad 12v battery, faulty cpt and inability to download new firmware. I received the car back Wednesday and it's already back at the service center. no a/c, battery overheating and grinding noise. not good

You have not posted the dealer name? Or if you did try a search of the VIN and see if it was some sort of buyback.

it was purchased from vroom. it's one of those only only dealerships that delivers the car to you nationwide. I've since had the car transferred to my name

Hopefully this is just stuff that the previous owner did not want to deal with, and you'll be okay after getting things resolved.
