thanks for the advice, everyone. it turned out to be a bad 12v battery, faulty cpt and inability to download new firmware. I received the car back Wednesday and it's already back at the service center. no a/c, battery overheating and grinding noise. not good
You have not posted the dealer name? Or if you did try a search of the VIN and see if it was some sort of buyback.
