How accurate are the estimated delivery dates for fellow Ontario people?

M3LR white paint with white interior here. Order date end September and got matched with a VIN a few days ago, now scheduled for delivery early December at Oakville.

I've had the misfortune of speaking to folks at Oakville a few times in the last couple of weeks and my experience has been absolutely horrific every time - they're evasive, clueless and have caught them giving me bad advice on multiple occasions. As much as I'm looking forward to receiving the car, I cannot wait to never deal with the Oakville guys again. Worst car buying experience by far.

Not accurate at all. Mine bounced around every 2-3 days.

I also tracked available inventory via one of the online tools. I saw a model come up in my area, but with better wheels and white seats. I paid the $100 to grab it, and paid for the upgrade. Better than waiting. If you want it sooner, use one of the tools. $100 if you get the same car.

had my MYP scheduled for delivery yesterday Nov 23 1pm at Oakville, been scheduled for two weeks already with VIN confirmed and everything.

On Monday night they cancelled and unmatched my VIN with no communication, then yesterday told me the car is in the paint shop and i'll get it by end of the week. Last night I went to get TPMS and they told me my original assigned vehicle been completely unmatched and removed from my profile, instead I got re-assigned a new VIN that's expected to land in Toronto on Dec 6.

Perhaps you've been assigned the car I was previously assigned at Oakville. They gave me a ridiculously short delivery window, middle of the day on a workday circa Dec 6th. I was working with my delivery 'specialist' to find a new window, but their system reassigned the vehicle to someone else while that was happening. Never experienced anything like it at a 'dealer' before, be it buying a Ford or Audi. I'm back in the queue again it seems.

TPMS is an issue for me as well, can't order them till you get your VIN, but the sensors take 3+ weeks to arrive, which is after the delivery date of the vehicle. They don't seen to care, and expect you to drive home on summer tires in the winter (and I guess let the car sit until the sensors arrive). Why can't you buy sensors from the Tesla store like chargers, etc.? They also won't let you push out delivery until after the sensors arrive. My purchase is not off to a great start, unfortunate as they have a good product.

Vaughan near Toronto is right up there too with terrible CS. My SA doesn't give 2 f***s. Told me to text / call him anytime for any questions.......never responds. End up calling Tesla Canada number for answers.

you get your VIN once Fremont assign it, then it takes another 2 - 3 weeks to ship the car over to Chicago then to Ontario. I ordered the TPMS once I got the VIN and they had it in stock within a couple days. They first told me it was a 3 weeks wait. But my winter tire appointmnet all got messed up from the car delay, now I have it scheduled for Dec 14 incase the car delays further and dropped the TPMS off ahead of time

I see people saying the sig thing often... I’m guessing there’s no way to see this on mobile? 🤔
white MYP: OD: Oct 1 | VIN: Nov 1. scheduled delivery: Nov 23 2021, cancelled Nov 22, new VIN Nov 23, scheduled delivery Dec 7

There's more drama to be unfolded on my missing car, it's at the body shop now and they are hoping to get it done end of the week or early next week, but I also have another one assigned to me by Fremont to arrive on Dec 6th. The tesla rollercoaster continues

Yesterday they wanted to set up a delivery appointment on December 2nd, but I had not received my VIN. The timeline you received seems reasonable, mine did not allow time to order/receive TPMS before the vehicle delivery,

I’m screwed either way for my TPMS. I’m curious why they tie the sale to the car? Couldn’t get it ordered, so couldn’t get it shipped to the shop that’s doing my tires and rims so I’ll have to figure it out afterwards..

Ordered MYLR on Aug 25th, 2021. White/Black/19in/noTow. From the Vaughan Location.

About CS:
I started by talking to SA on the website, ended up calling and he told me "Call or Text" Whenever. I called 10 times and no response. So i ended up just driving to the Location to go "see/drive" the car. I asked for him but apparently he wasnt there on the day i went. We ended up ordering after the test drive.

EDD went from:
-December 2021
-Jan-Feb 2022
-December 8th - December 31st 2021
-December 13th-December27th(Current)

No VIN as of yet. Keeping checking the source code but kinda getting tired now.

they said it's for warranty purposes, tied to your vehicle. I didn't have issues ordering TPMS from Oakville before delivery.

I think you dodged a bullet, and got lucky, your car could have been damaged, and now they are probably using that vehicle as a test driver.

Geez, sounds like the same guy I had there lol

Meanwhile worries me you haven’t gotten your LR yet and you ordered way back in Aug.

I ordered beginning of Nov - changed to 12/03-12/15 a week ago but I’m not buying that date based on everyone’s

Hope it’s valid but doubt it

Been a crazy few days! M3P..

Order date: Nov 20
20-Nov: Feb 18-Mar 18
25-Nov: Dec 10-24
26-Nov: Dec 6-12

Better pull the trigger on some winters.. Anyone know if the Replika R241 18" will fit.. PMCTire seems to say they will, but I have heard that many 18"'s wont fit over the M3P's brakes/calipers.

Can you please provide the link for one or any of the online tools? When I check the Tesla website for Canada there is never any available inventory.
