I usually would see maybe 3-5 on my morning run for coffee. This past Friday however I saw over a dozen, and later in the afternoon saw another 5. A very Tesla day for me.

P3D is huge rims and red brake calipers.
P3D stealth... It essentially looks like any other 3. You can only be sure if you see the dual motor with the red underline badge now

And literally none of them came with this standard- most probably don't have them installed (I did get mine when I was in for glass replacement)

Here in Minneapolis I see maybe 2 a month. More in the summer than the winter. Mostly Model S. I actually saw my first Model 3 in the wild ever about a month ago.
Of course, I'm not counting the day I went in for a test drive. I saw quite a few that day.
