How soon is pickup date after you received VIN?

I know it took awhile back in June-July, but was wondering for recent production 3's.

I have the P3+ with white interior.

They have come and gone with timeframes. I'd suggest that at this time, make sure that you answer all of the spam call, may not be spam.
It's probably a week.

I just got my VIN today, delivery is set for the 29th. I got my info via text not a phone call.

Received notice 3 days prior to delivery and my VIN the day before. Communication was via an illogical combination of emails and texts from several different people, but the delivery went smoothly enough, despite it being on the very last day of Q3. The car (silver P3-) is awesome.

my advice would be to call them and request a ping to the location of the car. if its fremont CA (or not yet produced) or your local delivery center it will be arriving as scheduled. anywhere else it could be a inventory car which will need a good logistics team to bring it over to you. mine has been stuck in vegas for weeks and I had to request a cancel

The “pinged” my car yesterday at showed on the train tracks via google maps. it’s on a train on the way to the east coast

Mine was a week. They called me, but they weren’t very responsive after that, so i called and complained. The advisor called me back 5 mins later. From walking into the “dealership” and ordering to picking up was 2 weeks total
