I have an issue with the local service center and we seem to have reached an impasse. Anyone know how to successfully escalate beyond the service center? I called the 800 number, but my only options are roadside assistance, or talk with my local service center. Well, I don't need the first, and have already exhausted the second. Surely there must be someone we can speak with to explain our situation when we can not reach a resolution with the service center. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
