How to replace the weight sensor in the driver seat?

I am experiencing some sensor malfunctions on the driver seats. In short is the car doesn’t know I already left and will not turn off (such as headlight, no auto-fold mirror…) unless I manually shut them off. I did some troubleshooting and I believe the problem is the weight sensor. I am trying to find a way to replace the sensor myself since the car is 93,000miles and out of warranty. Is there any good video online to show how to replace it?

I saw this video too the only thing I wasn’t sure is where did he push with the screwdriver to get the top of the cushion detached from the seat.
