How to run the blackvue to the trunk with no sunroof/pano?

Does anyone have any tips on how to run the wire for the blackvue to the rear when you don't have a solid roof? All the instructions tell you to fish it through the lining of the sunroof or pano, but I don't have that option ofcourse

Easy to do. You just thread the cable through the lower edge of the roofliner and/or the trim directly below it. That's the way I did mine.

I did the same. Take your time and look out for the curtain airbag. You want the wire to not be wrapped around / interfering with the airbag.* I used my fingers to push the wire 3-4 inches under the roof liner, after loosening the door seal.

Not a place to be jabbing metal tools...

* even though given the energy in the airbag, I think the tiny coax cable would snap instantly.
