Yesterday I got a call. Fuses are in, and I was correct, they could be mailed. I had to verbally certify that I had an electrician to install the parts.

So you don't need to provide proof of an electrician actually installing the HPWC, just the electrician who is changing the fuses? And they offer this service using the Rangers who are not licensed electricians. Confused.

The rangers are likely trained by Tesla in the art of changing the fuses. Electricians will be qualified by their knowledge in how tightly to torque the screws.

And yes, a ranger can change the fuses if they have the parts available.
