I drove over a curb- what is this plastic part called?

Well I didn’t see this piece of curb and ended up scraping a part of my car. Also the plastic part in front of the rear wheel fell off. I’m pretty upset at myself since the car is less than a month old! It’s definitely the widest and lowest car I’ve ever driven.

What is this part called and do you think it will be expensive to repair? I already sent pics to a service center but am super anxious while waiting for a reply. Help!

It's an ongoing issue with the Model S. Seems like they have improved the bolt that holds it in place.
It's a "rear mudflap"...
specifically: "FAIRING - WHEEL RR RH (1003697-00-D) - $29.05" Add 30 dollars or so for the 10 minute install
