i Have a 2013 Tesla Model S my tire size is 245/45/19 . I am looking to add some new rims and tires on my car. Do you know which tires and rims can fit on my car? I heard that 21 inch rims can fit.

21x9 in the front, 21x10.5 in the back.

21 inch wheels were a factory option. this info is readily available with a google search or a search here for the wheel and tire threads.

I dont understand what your saying. Maybe I need to read up some more lol. Yes Ive used Google I would love to hear feedback what people are doing for their rims and tires.

You asked if 21s fit. The answer is yes, and I gave you the wheel size to buy.

But yeah, read up on this. You need to know the right offset or the fitment will be bad. IIRC, I use +35 in the front and +38 in the rear. For tire size, Most people use 245/35/21 on the front and 285/30/21 on the back.
