If I place order today, will I get the new console?

I actually live in Summerlin! Yeah, I'm hoping to get my MY LR with the new headlights in console (ideally this month, but I'm kind of resigned to it being May/June), get vaccinated by May/June, then go see my nieces and nephew in CA in July in my new Tesla Model Y! Hopefully it all works out.

I even debated getting the MY P, but the extra $10K is just too much for me. Guess I'll have to learn to be patient, LOL.

We visiting summerlin to see if it's somewhere we want to move to from Irvine CA. haha
It seems super nice, master planned, not as hot, new, safe.

I am pretty sure the heated steering wheel, how about the new center console? The SA told me he can't guarantee, so once the VIN assigned can I confirm the spec by then?

i ordered on 2/10 for LR MY. I pick it up tomorrow and my sales rep confirmed I have the heated steering wheel AND updated console.

My MYSR 133XXX birthday Feb 17 has new console. As far as I can figure Birthday of Feb 7 SR may not have console. Picking it up on Mar 9 by my request could have had it Mar 5

It's Tesla...nothing what so ever is guaranteed. Anything and everything can and will change. Just ask those that wanted the MY SR--it's been pulled. Everything is subject to the whims of Elon.

Everyone getting a long-range, at least in California, seems to be getting the new console, so order away. You can confirm when they match your VIN if it has the new console and can reject the delivery if not and wait for a new build.

No reason to wait, really.

I have VIN 1310xx and I have the new console...so you should be good to go!

I have VIN 1310xx and I have the new console...so you should be good to go!

@pravad @jerm5006 it's not the VIN number that matters, it's the build date. But yes you'll be good to go as Feb 7 and newer build dates have the updated console.

Unless you get matched with an older inventory car. Just make sure you have a recent build date once you get a vin. If it’s January, just ask to be unmatched. No reason to delay ordering.
