As my Model 3 is coming up to 3 years old, I decided to get some routine service done on it. I made the service request on Saturday and got allocated a slot on the following Monday morning, two days later. I had requested:
- lubication of brake calipers
- change of air filters
- test and replace brake fluid if required.
A technician arrived on time and carried out the work as well as replacing the boot harness as a warranty item. She spent about 2.5 hours working on the car in total. The brake fluid was fine so didn’t need replacing. I was invoiced 2 hours later, £156 total.
Overall, I was impressed with the efficiency of the process. I hope it’s not the exception.
