Sometimes Tesla quotes include random stuff. For me Tesla SC quoted $210 for work of installing $1500 MCU2. When I pressed the issue and shared that no-one else seemed to have needed to pay for work for MCU2 upgrade, they removed the work from the quote.
How much did you pay for the Upgrade, $1500 +tx? I have a 2014 P85D with MCU1 and they are quoting me $1500 plus additional $260 to install a jumper harness. No where on the Infotainment Upgrade page does it mention the extra cost.
