They just finished the job and the system works great. Tested for a few minutes ..Love it..

The did a great job of hiding the conduits per my suggestion.. when you see the house from the front the conduits are not really visible. They used the stucco color paint I got from Home Depot..

Inspection is scheduled for tomorrow !!

I logged into the Gateway as customer and changed password.. as my Gateway is outside the gate and public has access, anyone can open the glass door and get password .. LOL

Does you jurisdiction require generation disconnect? If so do you have to disconnect powerwall also?

not sure but as of now my 2 PWs are disconnected. Once I get the PTO, Tesla told me to turn on 5 things - PV breaker, ESS breaker, Solaredge inverter, Powerwall 1 and Powerwall 2.

I was not sure... the one garage wall which is available has bedroom on the other side.. Folks have talked about some humming sound coming from Powerwalls sometimes. Secondly there is a extended platform attached to that wall which makes it difficult for the installers to carry each Powerwall upto a certain height and drop it on the wall mount. When they came yesterday they said outside would be much better and I was okay with that as it makes my garage less busy.

Tesla called today saying they have to move my inspection as plans have the powerwalls inside and now its outside .They will update the plans and resubmit to county and then get inspection scheduled... so its delayed by 1 week or so..
