Yes, I charged at Keswick a couple of times last week and it was 85p. On the plus side I’ve always found Instavolt to be extremely reliable, and as I rarely use public chargers the price is pretty much irrelevant.
Very much agree. Especially the reliability bit, only mildly fussed about convenience.
It's good to know when I'm running on electron fumes that when I arrive at an Instavolt charger it'll more than likely be working (unlike BP Pulse and others where it's always a lottery).
Well I was staying in Keswick for ten days and there was no way I was going to make a 70 mile round trip to use a SuC at Tebay every time I needed to charge. Thank goodness for reliable, convenient Instavolt. Plus, I like shopping at Booths
I stayed in Coniston in September and the only charging option there was a couple of 7KW pod points at the boating club. They were always busy. Once again it was Instavolt who came to our rescue, this time in Ulverston.
The SuC network is great if you’re on a long journey, but irrelevant if you’re staying somewhere and there isn’t one nearby.
