What kind of prices can we expect from insurance companies to insure the cybertruck?
Are there enough body shops that know how or are prepared to fix a SS panels?
Obviously they would have to be replaced because they can't use bondo to smooth out SS. How long would it take tesla to send panels out?

We don't know, perhaps Tesla will copy Honda N-box (welded outer panels) we just don't know

With how simple the design is and how it's an exoskeleton, I'm almost wondering if replacing the entire damaged panel is always better to prevent compromising quality. Plus it's probably cheaper with considering labor costs of trying to blend welds and whatnot.

As far as insurance, with the cost of the truck and it's streamlined repair process due to simplicity (purely speculation), maybe similar or less than a M3? My M3 runs about $100/mo.

Is the side of the truck one piece The roof supports look like their part of the body. The Sail panels look added on as separate pieces. Other than the doors it just looks like it's all one piece

Have you called your insurance company? Your driving record, financials, and age, etc., are all Premium metrics for costs.

My guess is insurance companies are more concerned about damages you do to others vs the vehicle itself. You total the vehicle max they pay out is 60-70K, you plow into a couple cars with this tank it isn’t going to be pretty.
