Interior panel alignment

If you're referring to the corner of the dash sticking out past the door trim, then this is "normal" (although no clue why it has to be this way).

If you're referring to z-axis (vertical) misalignment like the irony in the pictures in Pictures of well aligned dash/door chrome trim? I would complain to Tesla.
driver side sticks out. passenger side doesn't. vertical alignment is fine.
 
Meant to reply with a picture of mine but got to it only now. Here’s my driver side. I don’t say it’s normal but I don’t think there’s a fix without dismantling all the panels and probably not even then. I think the slots to which these clip on the car frame are stamped with an incorrect offset - I imagine it’s not by design. Don’t bother asking it to get fixed. Accept as a car quirk. You don’t want your interior taken apart.
