That's awesome to hear, also picking up an 19" Blue tomorrow. 5:15pm, though, so hoping the later pick-up won't be full of delays. I don't need any walk through, just want the car haha.

No problem using the info from the cheque right onto RBC's form. Just be sure you know your home branch address (I had to look it up).

I brought it but didn't really use it with them. Used the info off of it. If you bring an 'old' or used cheque that'll have all the info.

Well everything went OK I guess.

They did not have my green plates off my trade in I did last week and had to go with new green plates for now. I will insist they correct the issue.

Financing was very incorrect so they needed to reapply to the correct term. Took 1/2 an hour longer for both issues although the plate still needs to be resolved.

Delivery was not rushed and car looks amazing.

I'm home! It was a fantastic experience. They still need to iron out the process but things went very quickly today. Got in around 10:50am for my 11am appointment. Was chatting with @McCaesar @Alby @Flexbomb in the waiting area and they called me up within minutes. Worked with Andy from Oakville who helped me along. He was working on his day off to help ease the load at the IC. Only one major complaint on my car, they touched up an edge of my front bumper with some non-matching red paint. Need to get that sorted. Otherwise panels are great, charge door is flush and everything seems to be working as it should.

Met up with @03DSG while signing the paperwork and had a great chat. Apologies for not being able to say goodbye to any of you folks but we all got taken in different directions. I was out the door before 12:30 and that was including having to send my car back for a bit more detailing.

On my way out I met up with @Muskol. His custom plates made him easy to spot. It was nice meeting all of you today.

I just had a very nice drive home at which point i installed my sport pedals and tested my HPWC. I also setup my Homelink. This car is plenty fast. I thought I would yearn for more power but it really did surprise me. I grabbed some Zet's on the way home @eros

So glad to finally have this car in my possession! You're all going to love it.

At what point do they give you a chance to take a photo with the car?

The first thing my delivery person did was escort me to the car in the hall and had me look it over. He took a pic of me with it since my family was not able to join me. He offered to, I accepted.

These cars are amazing folks!! I'm more than happy! Just wondering did any line waiters get the diecast model with theirs? I haven't found one hiding in mine, so was just wondering. Lined up at the yorkdale store.

I asked, there are multiple people saying different things about this. No longer giving them out, the service center may have some, they need to come from USA, etc. So who knows.

I dropped by today as I was driving by. All I can say is wow! I was in the side lot where they were bringing in vehicles I assume from other lots? 5 car carriers showed up to add to the lot of about 60 cars. The operators all seemed to be moving swiftly to get the cars off. I think they are moving a large quantity of cars! No shortage of 19" wheels. It seems many cars are covered in plastic front and rear now.

I was going to check for my car but the area is restricted and one of the Tesla employees said my car is likely inside anyways for delivery for tomorrow.

It was great to meet you and @Flexbomb. I got mine an hour earlier than my scheduled time so @Alby didn’t need to wait around too long.

I took the long way home and Autopilot was activated near my home so I kept driving to try it out.

Fun car, looks great and had no issues.

I am picking up mine tomorrow at 11:15am! FYI Bank draft and certified cheques for payments, they also do wire transfer but must request it through your DS or ISA. MVPA came in 24hrs before my delivery, however, seems like they are experiencing server issues atm with it (I can't open it anymore).

Car looked good but i think the charge door could be more flush. I am going to call the service center when i get the car back out
of the detail shop. Getting PPF at Get Detailed with Hamza in Markham. There is another silver model 3 in the shop when i came there today.
The car is quick and it truly is amazing.

No you do not.

The EHVIP has nothing to do with the purchase of the car itself.

How much did he quote you for ppf? Also are you getting tint? I'm waiting to see how much and how well the shops in GTA are able to tint the 3. Thanks

I am doing full car with STEK dyno matte finish, and center console wrapped as well. He quoted me for $6200 +hst.
I am holding off on tints until i can budget for it. I was on the fence but decided to pull the trigger.
It is what it is, you only live once. Evelyn Protective Films was a bit more expensive but he is booked up until mid July.
Hamza was nice enough for me to drop my car off directly from delivery. I will update you guys
on the progress, and most important the review of their promising work.

Delivery was smooth sailing yesterday. In and out in about 1hr. I didn't get a chance or time to do a detailed check of vehicle as things went by really quickly. The staff were really nice. I totally forgot about the diecast model. Please update everyone if you get any updates on this as I was day 1 reservation holder. I emailed my DS afterwards to inquire.

I did noticed the side mirrors panel on both sides not being flush in with the car when I got home so going to book a service appointment to get that checked out. Did anyone experience the same?

Tips: listen to the tutorial with the live speaker from California as I learned a bunch of things despite watching many many YouTube videos and reviews. She covers things that not many YouTubers cover.

General comments on car: like most said, you are going to love this tech on four wheels.
