Fingers crossed we get this soon. Glad to hear it works!I received 6.9 last night on my MYP with basic autopilot. Early impressions, it seems to work fairly well. Better than I expected anyway.

I think a STFU mode is very on-brand for Tesla, so fully expecting it in the new and improved vision-powered park assist!Got the update yesterday. Saw it was available, then downloaded and installed all from the app. Only tried it a few times backing into my usual spot in the garage. I have an air compressor, bicycle etc behind where I park. It was going crazy, telling me to stop while the car was still sticking out. Had to ignore it while it fussed. Haven't tried turning it off yet. I hope I can. Would be nice if it had a learning feature so after seeing the same stationary objects it's squawking about over and over and driver still parks safely, it would just STFU or adjust its warnings? Maybe we can call it STFU mode?

I got updated too on my MYLR. Based on your photos, I think it works pretty well. It warns you and intensity is higher as you get closer to objects.Yep...
This is my somewhat cluttered garage as I back in.
This is where the car is telling me to STOP. Problem is, the front is still hanging out.
Same position as above, side view.
Where I need to be....fully parked. Warnings go crazy at this point.
PS: Sometimes it thinks the side of my garage is a tractor trailer. Side view pic above.
Shut The F&#(K Up!What is STFU mode?
See pic two above. It was already telling me to stop completely. There was a fair bit of distance to go. I understand that it's V1.0... that's why I'd love if it would would remember a location you always park like HOME setting and STFU a bit, unless something is out of place. Just wishful thinkingI think it works pretty well. It warns you and intensity is higher as you get closer to objects.
Nah, this is where my wall charger is. Rear, center of garage. The cord is long enough to reach if I pull in forward but it's just as much work going around things and folding it back up, as it is backing in. I might just leave the cord unfurled and hang it in the left of the entrance. The Tesla is the only EV.Not sure why you back in to your garage. Cable too short? Get an aftermarket EVSE ("charger") with a longer cable. Would make your life much easier.

Suggestion based on my USS version so not certain. Mine has settings in the car software for narrow/wide garage and distance to warning. Have you set these?See pic two above. Honestly, cars with ultrasonic sensors, like mine, would react to the situation in your garage in much the same way. It certainly wouldn't let you pull in as far as you say you need to without the STOP alert popping up.Yep...

Haven't seen any options for that. I think vision just sees whatever it sees. Not customizable.Suggestion based on my USS version so not certain. Mine has settings in the car software for narrow/wide garage and distance to warning. Have you set these?
I was going off the wife's BMW, I guess. The USS is pretty straightforward and it turns into a continuous tone when you are truly near. I do think it will improve with time and updates tho.Honestly, cars with ultrasonic sensors, like mine, would react to the situation in your garage in much the same way. Did you try a soft reboot? You guys are lucky, your kinda works. I downloaded the 23.6.9 software for the 2023 Model Y, and it prompts with Park assist unavailable. Surfed the web for answers ands many are getting the same error message as me, Park Assist unavailable. Very Aggravating.
Soft and a hard reboot. And I power down the car for 5 minutes and 3 hours, and nothing. parking access unavailable.Haven't seen any options for that. I think vision just sees whatever it sees. Not customizable.

There's going to be a thriving aftermarket business on Amazon selling camera-friendly wipes/ cleaning pads for rainy days!Thunderstorming really bad here in ATL. Pulled up at work and noticed "parking assist disabled"... it was working all weekend. Tried to park and it remained disabled until all of a sudden, it kicked in. A few seconds later, it was gone again. I'm wondering if the water on the cameras is causing this. Didn't have time to wipe off cameras and try again.
It's working well with the front of my wife's Y.Any idea how well this works in the front of the car? Anyone risked their car to try it out? I noticed the backing in worked well but there's a clear front blindspot on the Model Y at least that I'm not sure how they will address.
