Is Model Y qualify for the EV rebate in BC?

Going to order my first EV also the first Tesla, not sure how's the rebate work in BC. For EV car under 77k should qualify for 5k rebate, so if I pre-order one will this qualify for this rebate? Any other federal rebate or incentive?
