The internet cant tell you that. I am not sure what the sense of urgency is here, but the only thing that people here could provide you with are opinions, and those dont mean anything at all when it relates to what your insurance company says about whether the car is totaled or not, so your sense of urgency needs to be directed to your insurance company.
As for an opinion, I doubt its totaled, especially if "just got it not that long ago" means its a 2022 model year, especially with the change downward in the (previously outlandish) resale values for used teslas.
Honestly, I agree with jjrandorin but this look fine. It won't be total. The damage looks isolated to the upper front. No frame or battery damage. Airbags in tact.
