Is my Warranty/Replacement battery really a 100kWh Long Range battery? Who can independently test it? Before replacement it charged to 390 miles.

Warranty Replacement batteries are used / remanufactured batteries that are supposed to be close to your old battery range, capacity, and age. They are only warrantied for the remainder of your existing battery warranty. You can determine its type by going to the rear of the passenger side wheel well, and just past that is a label of the battery type, etc., or you can just look at the Tesla receipt for this information.
