Hello Everyone,

Looking for my first Tesla and found this one locally private party:

2014 60. The only option is tech package with autopilot. It has 39K miles and was a CPO so the warranty is still good for another 2.5 years or 40K miles according to the owner. He says he bought CPO 1.5 years ago. Unlimited supercharging. Tires are in good shape and the car as well. No accidents.

The asking price is $48K.

Is that a good deal? I appreciate the help :)

They retailed for ~$70k so it's up to you. If you are OK with autopilot 1 then I think it's a good deal esp with the warranty.

e. Also make sure to confirm the headroom is good in the front and back seats.

AP1 is superior to AP2 right now.

I'd offer a little less, there are a lot of 60 for sale right now and he or she most likely wants to off load it.

Agreed $48k is little too much. I just got a "good buy" on P85 w/AP1 for $51k albeit with very little warranty. Took about 3 months of looking to score what I thought was a "good buy". Before buying, we also rented a S60 on Turo to verify we wanted an Tesla at all, but it really helped decided what our must have options were (AP, no exec rear seats, and >60KHh). Turo Link
