Just got 2019.24.4

HW3 does get updates too. According to TeslaFi.com Firmware Tracker, HW3 is seeing the following versions:

• 2019.24.4 - 10%
• 2019.20.4.3 - 44%
• 2019.20.4.2 - 40%
• 2019.20.2.1 - 2%
• 2019.16.3.2 - 4%

Which version are you on?

OP posted release notes, and from my understanding release notes aren't available for EA builds, so I believe OP is not part of EA.

TeslaFi can't tell the difference between HW2.5 and HW3 for Model 3 vehicles as the API returns different data formats than for S and X vehicles.
So to TeslaFi, all Model 3s appear to have HW2.5 even if they actually have HW3.

My HW3 X still reports as HW2.5 on TeslaFI, too, but it definitely has the newer video format so I'm pretty positive it is in fact the HW3 I was promised.

Didn't know that. I have hope now that my new CHAdeMO charger may be put to usefulness soon in my M3 HW3

There was a guy on youtube who posted a video using chademo on a model 3 with a development car. His vehicle had release notes in the video..

Interesting, I wonder if "development" != "early access".

HW3 cars are updating as well. I saw a recent 2019.15.104 car update to 24.4 as well as a .103. So it will come in the next few hours or by end of the week most of time.

Well true and not true, critical update will be pushed over LTE if necessary
