Keycard & App Not Working

Woke up this morning and went to unplug my 2019 M3 SR+ with just over 61K miles and - nothing. Neither keycard nor app access work and the charging cable will not disconnect. Blue tooth reset didn’t help connection. Waiting for tow to service center. Bummer! I need service on another issue, so hopefully both can be resolved. First real inconvenience in 3 years. Anyone else have something similar happen?

Sounds like your 12v battery died. Quick/Easy fix for your service center.

Your 12Volt battery may have died. Good luck.

There are posts on how to use a 9 Volt battery and wires from near the tow hook to open frunk and access battery.
