LA area: Borrow car ramps/help with replacing damaged bottom aero shield?

I ran over a big piece of exploded truck tire carcass on I5 in the dark the other night and damaged the front bottom aero shield. Fortunately the coolant lines weren't damaged but the shield itself is pushed up and ripped in a few places.

Anyone have ramps I could borrow so I could get a new aero shield from and bolt it on? I live in an apartment building and have no jack/ramps/space to do repairs, but I've done numerous other car repairs over the years DIY so this won't take more than like 10-15 minutes.

Ended up buying some ramps and replacing the panel. Guess I'll keep the ramps for oil changes lol

Did you replace it with the same plastic OEM parts or you changed it to metal skid plate?

For anyone reading this in the future, look into having Tesla do the replacement for you. It literally was just a few dollars more and a LOT easier than doing it myself (granted, I work just a couple of miles from the Irvine Service Center).
