Late 2018 inventory vs mid-2019, any quality or other differences?

I'm looking at what's available in the Model 3 from inventory, and my sales advisor had one with a minor adjustment, that was built in late 2018.

What differences in terms of quality, if any, do you think there are between models from then and being newly built now or very recently built? Any other differences?

I ask as Tesla seems to be improving their production process all the time, which makes buying a more recent build more attractive, but wanted to get input from folks who have direct experience of this.

Nothing, they are virtually indistinguishable.

As /u/verystandard mentioned, HW 2.5 vs. 3.0. That means nothing, however, since if you decide to purchase FSD in the future, they will have to upgrade you anyways. So nothing that can't be upgraded in the future.
