Okay - I'm looking at buying an inventory S. Narrowed down to a 2018 at 294XXX and a 2019 at 300XXX. $10K delta between the two. Anyone know the differences that have been introduced in this range? Also, with all of the EAP/FSD games of the last month, is there anything to be aware of there? Thanks!!

I don’t believe there were any actual hardware differences, just pricing shenanigans.
Unless the 2019 is new enough to have AP3 hardware.

Partly the reason we bought a 2018 Model S is because for our needs it is a BETTER car. With a 2018 Model S you can get:
Of everything above, the only deal breaker for us is the sunroof. What a shame they removed that option
I bet that was the most popular model S option based on % of used Model S for sale with and without a sunroof.
Go for a 2018 Model S.
- Panorama sunroof for enjoying sun and the wind on a beautiful day.
- Cream interior, which we prefer because it also comes with cream lower dashboard and center console as opposed to standard black with the white interior.
- 72 Amp charger.
- Silver exterior.
