For anyone looking to buy the latest MS tire for 19" wheels, be warned that there are 3 OEM Goodyear Tires all 245/45/R19 98W and all named "Eagle Touring".
The latest, which is included with the Ravens as of April 2019, is Eagle Touring Sound Comfort Technology (SCT); product number 102015578, designated as "T1" Sound Comfort Technology., which is printed on the tire, but the product number is not. These are supposed to have low rolling resistance, hence more efficient, and bette grip. They are hard to find but Tire Track has them for $226 each:
