As I post this, my car is updating; from Tesla Firmware Update Tracker I infer that it's 17.24.28.

But the reason I'm posting is: I don't frequent the Forums as much as I used to when my car was newer. I came to this Forum today hoping to see what's new, if known, about the current update. In the Good Olde Days when 7.0 and then 8.0 were current, sticky threads had the latest update news. Now there doesn't seem to be a place to go for what's the latest and what changes it has. So I'm taking a shot at creating a thread for that purpose.

Ah. I was subject to pre-Model X parochialism.

"is it latest yet?" "Is it next month yet?" "is it smooth as silk yet?" "is it soon yet?"
