LED strip in headlights a requirement for Hong Kong Vehicle Examination approval?

Hello all,

I have a late 2016 Model S. It's due for the annual gov vehicle examination. The LED strips in both headlights are not full and probably at 20% of original. My low and high beam seems to be fine. Obviously, I am looking to replace the headlights eventually, but I have a MOT coming up just around the corner, and would like to ask if anyone would know if the LED strips are required to be 100% in order to pass the HK MOT test?

Some opinions would be appreciated.

not required.. my model s 90d 2016 also recently passed the MOT. The headlights should work not important the day light running lights. Mine both daytime running lights don't work.
