My first car... On the way home I backed into a safety pole getting gas... Had the car another 10 years of looking at the dent it put there...

But a few months earlier in a rental I had been put in by my company (when they decided to send me, a Californian, to Boston in January the day after I got my license)... I was at a parking gate in a brand new car and the gate came down on the hood as I was driving out - not my fault but it basically tore the entire hood to shreds...

But you will need to have the exact color, not just Black. The Tesla Color touch-up kit should be used.

Good shop should be able to match it perfectly, if body show was able to match my wife red model S paint and clear coat. Every car has color code that they can order. Beside tesla paint repair kit doesn't match the color perfectly. They even can't match silver color in the kit.
