Un-fing believable.
 
L2 doesn't require hands on. Many systems including Ford's Blue Cruse and GM's Super Cruse are hands off L2. Tesla just needs better IR eye tracking and it can be hands off too (at least for newer cars with IR transmitters).

Yeah, the first two words already give me an idea the tone the book will have. The rest of the sentence is hearsay based on "is also said to..." But this is typical and expected. However, it sounds like something Elon would do...
