You should let Elon know his weights are wrong. The CT has already been published to weigh the same as an F150.

He's been wrong about a lot of things.
You think it will be lighter than a Model X? If it's being built with heavier material with stronger drive components, larger wheels/tires/brakes and a bigger battery (and it's much larger vehicle) how can it weigh less?
The CT will be north of 7000 lbs.

That's simply all we are talking about. Small customs TC makers building one for the CT. I don't in a million years expect Lance or any of the big guys to make a TC for the CT.

If the CT came with a flat deck (like a contractors special) and a flat roof it could be very easy to load whatever TC you wanted on the back.
Perhaps this will happen along with an SUV and van versions.

I know it defies your sense of believability but we should base our discussion on what has been stated and reported rather than what you believe to be true.

This is gleaned from a few sources and we don’t know what the final weight of the Cybertruck will be in the end, but during the presentation Musk stated that the CT and F150 weighed the same. The F150 tops out at 5600 lbs but can be as low as 4000 lbs. If you took the powertrain out of a CT and F150, the CT is going to weigh less because they saved weight with the exoskeleton design while at the same time increasing payload capability and lowering drag coefficient. Less weight and better aerodynamics allow them to use a smaller battery - we don’t know what size battery yet but it’s going to be smaller than whatever Rivian or Ford has to put in for the equivalent range and towing capability.

So the Cybertruck may be comparable to a superduty in capability but not in weight. It can carry a superduty payload but weigh well under 6000 lbs.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk: Cybertruck could hit Cd of .30 "with extreme effort" - Electrek

“So we didn’t cheat in either width, height, or length, and we’re able to achieve much greater capability in the same dimensions, same weight”

It will weigh 7000 lbs or so. No way it will be lighter than an X.
As far as payload goes it depends on which truck you pick. A DRW gasser has the highest. An SRW diesel the lowest. You won't be carrying DRW weight without the extra tires so no it won't be carrying that kind of weight.

Elon stated that the CT weighs the same as an F150 so as little as 4000lbs or as much as 5600lbs, but definitely not 7000lbs. Anyway, here are some renderings for you so you can visualize (source: Tesla Cybertruck Fifth-Wheel RV Trailer Rendering Is Electrifying):

Richman, never wrong, regardless of the response.

Care to put money in escrow and bet on the final weight with me?
