Looking for an independent Tesla service shop in the Bay Area. Does that exist?

if I'm not mistaken the guys at @EV-Fixme have a shop in the bay area also. I know the folks at their orange county shop did good work on my car.

Ther's a few amazing options. Great friends at AutoRND are true masters in the Bay Area for all things Tesla. The Driveway is another option to check out too.

I have been to the The Driveway in San Jose. I recommend them. They installed rear camber arms and did an alignment for me.

Another vote for @TheDriveway . They did a fine job installing MPP rotors and changing my brake fluid on my Plaid for a reasonable price.
