Here's what I can see from TeslaFi.
Looks like there are a few like us at 35. Probably new deliveries.
Within a few days we should all be at 36.

That's about what I was quotes on State Farm but Progressive was right around $100/mo. I'm 26 with a perfect record, so I'd assume anyone older or with multiple cars shouldn't be paying much more than me. Insurance is always so random though.

37 here no tickets in the last 5 years or accidents. Progressive quoted me around 736 for 6 months and my current USAA wants 1200 for 6 months. Looks like I will be switching. Louisiana has really high car insurance though.

Damn. I'm 40. Progressive quoted me 270. Also perfect record. Go figure.

We can only compare rates if we know the coverages. Collision, theft etc. deductibles, liability amounts etc.

PROGRESSIVE:

For the same coverage, it was $270/month.

STATE FARM:

The cheapest coverage was over $600/month. Didn't even bother to check more details.

I'm 40, wife is 37, perfect records, drivers licenses for more than 20 years.

Although if I bring all the coverage up to the maximum limits, and deductible from $500 to $1000, it goes up to $285. They do not tell you what on the phone!

My wife and I must be lucky. Early 30s, no accidents. Currently paying $564/6mo for a 2017 Civic and 2019 Impreza. Will cost an additional $100/6mo to switch from Civic to Tesla.

Jealous!

Now the VIN popped up the website finally -- but the Use Tesla Insurance button is still disabled. For such a high-tech company, it's sort of shocking how badly Tesla's systems communicate internally.

Thanks.

Mind sharing deductible on comprehensive and collision? I will do likewise once I get comparisons from State Farm, Geico and Tesla (if I ever get a quote).

Delivery complete! Great experience at the local showroom for us. So far found zero issues.

Contacted my local SA team this morning and had them ping my Vehicle... It's on the move.. 1 state away.... and possibly here tomorrow or Wednesday... Original pickup was schedule for 12-10 -- this would be a few days earlier. (Order was placed 11-21 for those interested -- heading to Texas).
Did you have to pay before it was shipped? I leased mine so would I have to pay the down payment prior to being shipped?

I have no option to pay. Just the terms as to how much monthly etc.
