LR owners-What's the most kwh's you've ever pulled from your battery?

We just had a video from Jack Rickard on a Model 3 Battery teardown here

In that video he estimates the usable a-hr rating of the M3 2170 battery at 4.8 a-hr
and a usable kwh rating for the whole pack as 76 kwh.

Ingineer hacked the M3LR and found a usable energy of 76 kwh https://electrek.co/2018/02/25/tesla-model-3-hacked-details-battery-performance-dual-motor/

So there seems to be good agreement that 76 kwh's is the usable energy of the LR pack

On the other hand we had a Tesla /EPA test that showed the M3 LR usable kwh's=78.3
https://www.teslarati.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/Tesla-Model-3-EPA-CSI-HTSLV00.0L13.pdf
The teslarati article explaining that 78.3 number and the epa report is here:
Tesla Model 3 actually has 334 miles of range according to EPA data

What are you owners actually seeing as the usable energy in your long range pack.
Are people that have a performance version of the LR getting more kwh's out of the pack than the people with the LRRWD?????

Thx,
george

I go by range. I drove 310 miles, about half freeway, and then up into the mountains. I don't speed, mostly. But it was an easy 310. Which is what Tesla calls it. Mine's a rear motor LR battery. Most everybody I read says the Performance has a little less range, but without Performance this car can still leave everyone at the light. Since I've never been into track racing, it's absolutely perfect for most everything else.
