I found threads about the HOV box - but nothing about the ExpressToll sticker.
My wife's car we put the ExpressToll sticker in the same place we put it on every other car at the bottom left of the windshield; but after we did that I noticed the manual said to put it next to the rear-view mirror.
We haven't noticed any issues with it being on the bottom-left, but she rarely ever goes on 470 anyway (maybe once a month?) so we've only gotten to test it a couple times. I, however, drive on 470 daily so I really want to make sure I get it on "right".

- Are there any Colorado regulations that could get me fined if I put it next to the rear-view mirror (I've read concerns about that…but I can't find anything specific)
